EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS: the possibility is confirmed for NGOs to buy goods (equipment and materials) without VAT, which, for humanitarian reasons, are destined for export to countries outside the European Union where we have ongoing solidarity and cooperation interventions. Deductions for donations to non-profit organizations:for cash donations made since 2015 by individuals and companies, the absolute limit – respectively – of deduction and deduction has been raised. Individuals can donate up to 30,000 euros and deduct the 26% disbursement. Companies will be able to donate up to 30,000 euros and deduct the income from business income; alternatively, they will be able to donate up to 2% of business income if this percentage is higher than 30,000 euros. Art. 1, Civil Code 137 and 138 (2015 Stability Law (Law no. 190 of 23 December 2014)
When you submit the 730 form for your tax return, you can donate your 5×1000 to AUCI by indicating our tax code: 804 159 605 84 in the box indicated as “Support of volunteering…” in the form.
